Pacific Heights
An incomplete hotel development halted by litigation once occupied the Pacific Heights site where this project now stands. After the development team acquired the Pacific Avenue property, disassembly and recycling of the existing structure commenced making way for two new buildings. Each of these buildings consists of four luxury condominium units.
The exterior elevation integrates aspects of Art Deco design with the stately proportions of Georgian architecture to reflect the sedate elegance of this neighborhood. The interior features include built-in cabinets and oak floors.
