This project is located on Vallejo Street in Russian Hill. The scope of this development involved the construction of a new two unit stucco building sitting at the front of the lot. In addition to the new construction, the project called for the remodel of an existing Victorian cottage at the rear of the lot. The new building design includes a six-car parking garage in addition to the two units.

The large mahogany casement windows and stucco finish of the exterior elevation inspired the use of interior materials which include plaster walls and mahogany trim.
